These rivet on brake pads are original equipment for the Letter Series Tractors. They are designed to form fit the hand operated pulley brake casting and are not backed up by any tin. Our exact replacement will surely score higher in tractor judging compared to the clip on linings that are sometimes being used on the Letter Series tractors. These brake pads are the correct thickness to allow proper contact with the belt pulley drum. Installation is very simple. Just clamp the pad in place with a set of vise grips, drill the holes from the back of the cast iron brake arm, then use a larger drill bit to set a relief in the pad bace for the rivet head. The kit comes complete with preformed brake pad and rivets to complete an Expo quality restoration. There is enough brake pad included to work for all Two-Cylinder tractors. *note This pad is not for the D or GP tractors
