For John Deere 20 and 30 series Tractors .  This replacement float is made of soldered brass to last many years. A pin hole, in your current float will cause the float to sink and perhaps the cause of a zero indicated reading, when the tank is full. This float will need to be soldered onto the fuel sender unite arm to hold it in place. It is slightly larger in diameter than the original, but still functions the same.
