Returning store or website purchases by mail:
note: Postage for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
To return your store or website purchase through the mail, please follow steps 1-4 below.

Include a note or letter containing the following information: • Name, address, daytime phone number. • Photocopy of the store receipt (keep original for your records). Reimbursement will be in the same method of payment. • Let us know if you want to return or exchange the items.

Package the merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding deliver and handling charges). Refunds will be given in the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles. |

Refunding delivery charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery and handling fees placed on catalog or online orders. If you cancel your order after the item has been shipped, delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Postage for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid, undeliverable, or incorrectly submitted address the cost of reshipping the package is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
